Still to decide before this text goes live:
- Part 1 is new. No website terms exist today (gap analysis #17). Governing law and venue follow Terms of Service §14. The US$100 cap in "Limitation of liability" is a placeholder; counsel may also want the disclaimers in capitals.
- Automated access is allowed if it follows robots.txt, in line with the decision to let AI crawlers in (DECISIONS A6).
- "Business customers only" (#19): the product terms are written for businesses; confirm the statement and how the store handles orders from consumers outside the US.
- Store terms: store.qboid.ai still shows the unedited Shopify template; replace it with the Terms of Service and exhibits, or a link to them (A4, #15). Check whether store subscriptions auto-renew and need a renewal notice at checkout (#20).
- /docs/ URLs must keep working (on-device activation screen, contracts) and be published from an allow-list (A1, D4). Software Activation Terms v1.0 have no HTML yet (#18). Whether the Master Service Agreement is public is open (A2), so it is not linked.
- The legal documents name the apps "Parcel App" and "Pallet App"; the site uses "Item & Parcel app" and "Pallets app" (B21). State of incorporation not stated (B13).

You may browse the site, link to it, and share or quote its pages. When you use it, please don't:
- try to get into parts of the site, our systems or other people's accounts you aren't authorized to use, or test their security without our written permission;
- interfere with the site, for example by overloading it or sending malicious code;
- send false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms, or use them to send spam;
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
Automated access, including search engines and AI crawlers, is welcome if it follows our robots.txt file and doesn't overload the site.

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but specifications, features, availability and documents can change without notice. Examples, figures and videos show typical use and are not a promise of results for your items.
Purchases are governed by the order documents (an accepted quote, order form or store checkout), the product terms in Part 2, and QBOID's published specifications. Nothing on the website changes those terms. If you are unsure whether a product fits your items, ask us before you buy.
Links to other sites
The site links to sites we don't run, such as partners, resellers and YouTube. We aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Our store at store.qboid.ai runs on Shopify; orders placed there are governed by the product terms in Part 2.
No warranties
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the website, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components. Warranties for QBOID products are set out only in the product terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, QBOID is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Counsel review

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any legal action about these terms or the website must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
