Demo questions

Who should join the demo?

The person who owns the process you want to measure (receiving, packing, shipping or freight), and if you can, whoever looks after your WMS, ERP or TMS. Integration questions get answered on the same call.

What should we prepare?

A few typical items, including the awkward ones: a polybag, an odd shape, something large. Know which WMS, ERP or TMS the data should go to, and roughly how many items you measure a day.

Do we need an M2 for the demo?

No. We run the M2 on camera and measure items like the ones you describe. To measure your own items in your own building, rent an evaluation unit from the QBOID Store.

What happens after the demo?

You get a short recap with the next step you chose: a quote, an evaluation rental, or a follow-up call with your integration team, usually about a week later. There is no obligation.

Can you demo outside the US?

Yes. Demos are remote, so they work anywhere. Outside the US, we can also put you in touch with the authorized reseller for your region.
