The model
What you buy, and how it's billed.
You buy the hardware once. The apps that run on it are licensed per device, for 12 months at a time, billed annually in advance. Quantity discounts are available: ask sales.

Evaluation rental
Try it on your own items first.
Rent an M2 with an app from the QBOID Store before you commit. Measure your own items, in your own building, and send the records to QBOID Cloud Basic or to a test endpoint of your WMS or ERP.

Number of devices
Each M2 is bought once and needs its own app licence. Quantity discounts apply to larger orders.
Which apps
The Item & Parcel app, the Pallets app and WorkFlows are licensed separately, per device and per year.
QBOID Cloud Pro, or not
Basic is included. Pro is optional: add it if you want the REST API, auto refresh or data edits.
The S1 Accessory
A one-time purchase for benchtop stations. S1 mode is already in the Item & Parcel app licence.
Scales and accessories
Bluetooth scale kits for weight, plus cases, spare batteries and chargers as needed.
Integration work
None if you export from QBOID Cloud. A WorkFlows app is built with you in a call; a partner integration or your own team with the device API are the other routes.

Returns and refunds. Report a problem with a delivery within 10 business days and ask support for an RMA number. App licences can be refunded within 7 days of purchase or delivery. Details: refund and return policy.

Buying questions
Where can I see prices?
Current prices for the M2, the app licences, QBOID Cloud Pro, the S1, scales and accessories are on the QBOID Store ↗. For several devices, ask sales for a quote: quantity discounts are available.
Can we try the M2 before we buy?
Yes. Rent an evaluation unit with an app from the QBOID Store and measure your own items, or book a 20-minute remote demo first. The rental terms are on the store listing.
Can we buy through a reseller?
Yes. Authorized resellers cover the USA and Canada, Europe, the UK, France, Australia and New Zealand, and Central and South America. Buy only from QBOID or an authorized reseller so that warranty and support apply.
Do you send quotes and accept purchase orders?
Yes. Tell sales how many devices and which apps you need, and you get a written quote to raise a purchase order against. App licences are invoiced annually in advance, in US dollars.
Do you ship outside the US?
Orders ship from our warehouse in Tempe, Arizona, and we ship to all US states. For other countries, buy through the reseller for your region, or ask sales: for orders sent abroad from Tempe, the buyer arranges freight and import.
How does licence renewal work?
Each app licence runs for 12 months and is billed annually in advance. Your order says whether it renews for another year.
